We understand that travel plans can change. This policy reflects our need to balance guest flexibility with the preparation and holding of the property exclusively for your stay.
STANDARD STAYS (Moderate Cancellation Policy):
FULL Refund – 30 Days or More Before Check-in
If you cancel 30 or more days before the scheduled check-in time (3:00 PM local time), you will receive a full refund of all nightly rates, cleaning fees, and any applicable taxes or security deposits.PARTIAL Refund – 15 to 29 Days Before Check-in
If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. The remaining 50% is non-refundable. (Any taxes or refundable deposits will be returned, if applicable.)NO Refund – 14 Days or Less Before Check-in
If you cancel 14 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in time, no refund will be issued. All payments are non-refundable.EARLY Departure / No-Show
No refunds will be provided for unused nights if you choose to leave early or fail to arrive for your reservation.

Due to the high demand and limited availability during holidays and peak seasons, a stricter cancellation policy applies to bookings that fall within the following windows:
Thanksgiving Week
Christmas & New Year’s (Dec 20 – Jan 2)
Spring Break (March 10 – April 10)
Summer Peak (June 1 – August 15)
Major Holiday Weekends (e.g., Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
Peak Season Cancellation Terms:
FULL Refund – 60 Days or More Before Check-in
A full refund will be issued if canceled 60 or more days before the check-in date.PARTIAL Refund – 30 to 59 Days Before Check-in
A 50% refund will be issued if canceled between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival.NO Refund – 29 Days or Less Before Check-in
